Are your prices all-inclusive?
Yes. Quoted prices include the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls on standard routes, and taxes. Gratuity is at your discretion.
How are point-to-point rides priced?
Airport transfers use flat rates by zone. Other point-to-point rides are priced by distance with a class minimum — the booking form calculates it instantly. Need a quick extra stop en route? It's $25 per stop.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 3 hours before your scheduled pickup. Inside 3 hours, the minimum fare may apply.
How can I pay?
All major credit cards are accepted, and secure online payment at booking is coming soon. Corporate accounts can be invoiced monthly.
