When you request a quote, make a booking, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, and email address, along with your pickup and drop-off locations, pickup date and time, flight information (when you share it for flight tracking), vehicle preference, and any notes about your trip. When you pay online, your payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your card number on our servers.

We use your information to confirm and dispatch your booking, to track your flight so your chauffeur arrives on time, to contact you about your ride, and to respond to your questions. We also use it to improve our service and to meet our legal obligations. We do not use your information for any purpose you have not agreed to.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number, we may send you text messages about your booking, such as confirmations and pickup updates. Message frequency varies by booking. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Sharing your information

We share your information only with the service providers needed to run your booking — for example, our payment processor, our messaging provider that delivers booking texts, and our booking management system. Those providers may only use your information to perform their services for us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
